Card Entry/Time & Attendance
Our complete “Smart Card” Time and Attendance System comprises of a Clocking Station, 50 Smart Cards and Software including EEC Working Time Directive checking programs.

Our Smart Cards use Proximity Read technology where the badge does not have to be removed from a wallet/purse. The badge will read through your wallet/purse in 1/4 second (up to 15 times faster than swipe systems and more reliable).

The system includes a clocking station, software, 50 Smart Cards, Manual and Installation Instructions. It’s ideal for small companies with less than 250 employees or larger companies with many small sites. It is easy to install, set up and implement and meets all but the most complex of requirements.

Visitor Monitoring
‘WinTA pass’ is a state-of-the-art computerised visitor monitoring system which gives a receptionist or security manager an efficient, computer based registration procedure for controlling the movement and identification of employees, contractors and visitors.
If you don’t want to go the whole way with our Smart Card system but want a simple-to-use, inexpensive visitor control system – then WinTA pass is for you.


• Prints a bar coded pass in a highly visible identification pouch for each visitor or contractor with colour photos

‘Prison Pass’ is a low cost, easy to install, paper based pass system for prison visitors. It allows Officers to quickly check the identity and monitor the movements of visitors.


Fingerprint, when used with Time & Attendance
Sub-dermal fingerprint reading is a secure way of guaranteeing the accuracy of Time & Attendance information. Employee fingerprint information is register when staff are employed and have a Smart Card assigned to them. This information is then ready for verification at any of the fingerprint clock or scanner.


The system provides irrefutable personal identification, which positively verifies the identity of a user - only authorized personnel who have a Smart Card and the appropriate fingerprint can clock in or out.
